Brief
Haddow Group, a leading UK manufacturer in clothing and interiors, sought to revamp their online presence with a new website.
They wanted to showcase their modern, design-focused ethos while honouring their rich heritage. Haddow’s previous website was hacked, so security was a key factor for us to consider within the build. There was also a lot of information to present, including their services, processes, and sourcing partners, alongside a HubSpot integration to enhance lead generation.
Action
We developed a brochure WordPress website that aligned with Haddow Group’s strong brand, choosing WordPress for its versatility and customisation options. The site features a range of dynamic subpages, each designed slightly differently while maintaining a cohesive look and feel. We also integrated HubSpot for streamlined lead management, incorporating a live chat, contact form, and newsletter sign-up to facilitate user engagement and capture leads effectively.
Platform
Ideas
We held a meeting with our creatives, web designers and the clients internal department heads to align our visual ideas.
Foundations
Our web designers began by using a base WordPress template and the core WordPress blocks to take the Haddow Group website to its first draft stage.
Polishing
Our web designers wrote some custom code to allow the final pieces of the Haddow Group website to be completed and then integrated some 3rd party platforms to help with the sales funnel.
Impact
The website’s design reflects Haddow Group’s stylish industry and product offerings. Despite hosting extensive information, the site provides an intuitive user experience. Lead submissions are seamlessly integrated into HubSpot, allowing for efficient assignment and follow-up by account managers. HubSpot analytics offer valuable insights into website traffic and user engagement, supporting ongoing strategic improvements.
Feedback from our client
Wildfire was brought in to develop the new Haddow Group website. They kicked off the project with an onboarding meeting that included all stakeholders, which was incredibly helpful in aligning everyone’s vision. Imogen’s management made the process seamless, and the web team delivered a site that we are truly proud of. We would highly recommend Wildfire — they handled a potentially challenging project with professionalism and ensured everything ran smoothly from start to finish.
